Customer Service – Is It Still Out There?
We promote Team 218 as having it (Fanatical Customer Service) but what exactly does that mean? Here’s what WikiPedia says.
We approach customer service as a core component of our business. Simply put, we believe in taking care of our customers in the same way we would like to be taken care of. It’s never something that can just be tacked on the the end of something. It must be a cohesive, intertwined experience throughout the entire customer interaction.
It’s rare these days but when you receive great customer service, you know it right away.
Here’s a reply from one of our clients: “The changes look really good to me. Thank you so very much. I’m also impressed with how quickly you got them accomplished. I would have hoped for the next week or two. Service within a few hours is exceptional.”
That’s exactly the kind of reaction we do our best to get from our customers.
Here’s another response: “I discovered that a site of mine (with which Team 218 had no previous involvement) was down on a Friday afternoon. Team 218 immediately responded to my email asking for assistance and continued to work through the weekend finding and fixing the issues while communicating with me regarding the status. They aren’t joking about fanatical customer service”.
